It is a fair review, although it could have done without the two "games for women" jibes. What hope does the industry have of wooing the other half of the population if that's the attitude!?

That said, Kameo does hold your hand a little too tightly. It does look gorgeous though and it is good old fashioned fun, rather than ground breaking.
I have had a woman around for a number of years, and find that Kameo, as described, has most of the things she digs in a game. Beautiful scenery, pretty sounds, interesting creatures, and a low level of frustration.
I got her Sudeki (for 10 bucks) and she LOVES it...I think it's beautiful, albiet moronic, and the voice acting makes my skin crawl...but she yelled at me for dissing it, so I hold my tongue now.
It's really not so difficult to understand...most women do fit the feminine sterotypes to some degree. She'll get Kameo first thing when we get our 360. I'd much rather have her enjoying a game I consider dumb than bitching at me for playing the ones I like.
