Once you realise that ordinary people live and exist in space, you feel it’s your destiny to join them. After completing your training with the International Space Defence Force the time comes for your first mission. You learn of an impending alien attack and the future of humanity is at risk. One of your outposts has been destroyed but it’s unclear who did this and why? It’s not going to be easy and your chances of success are slim.

Battlezone 2 is an enjoyable and playable game. In Battlezone you are not limited to just one mode of transport. It’s possible to jump out of your ship and explore the terrain on foot if necessary. There are several different vehicles to take charge of, each with varying abilities. You need to construct buildings to create the diverse range of vehicles and weapons. Battlezone is a mix of action and real-time strategy.

One of the best features of Battlezone is the multi-player aspect of the game. Using TCP/IP protocols games can be played over a LAN or the Internet.
