Summary

Addiction Pinball from Team 17 is just what it says it says on the box. Chances are, if you like pinball, you don’t just like pinball, you love it. Pinball has a strange addictive quality, and a feeling of realism that video games struggle to compete with. Unless of course, it’s a video game simulation of a real event then capturing the addictive qualities is what’s important. And that’s exactly what Team 17 has managed to accomplish in this polished title. In addiction Pinball you have two tables to choose from, one based on World Rally Fever and the other based on Worms.

One of the most important aspects of a Pinball game is the ball physics. This complicated set of mathematics determines how the ball moves and how it reacts to its environment. Addiction Pinball is one of the few pinball games that has managed to get this right. This game just feels right, it plays right and on top of all that it manages to look right.

Addiction Pinball has loads of sub-games to keep the action going. These little games break up the pace and add to the overall quality of the title. One of the best attributes of a pinball table is its multi-ball. This is where your reflexes are taxed to breaking point and the points come quick and fast. All in all, Addiction Pinball is one of the better pinball games out there.
