Rocket Power: Gettin' Air - Game Boy Color

Nickelodeon’s and THQ’s successful partnership continues with the release of Rocket Power on the Game Boy Color. The same team that is responsible for The Rugrats also creates Rocket Power so it’s bound to be another hit. The cartoon follows the friendship of a group of kids living in Southern California. They love to have fun and play hard with boards, blades and bikes. That sums up this game perfectly because that’s exactly what you’re going to do.

The Rocket Power game is broken up into four different areas. In each area you will join one of the gang and participate in their favourite sport.

First join Reggie and strap on your snowboard. It’s time to take to the mountains and pull off some cool moves as you race down the slopes. Just try to not to tweak that melancholy too much or you could end up tweaking your ankle.

Then it’s rollerblading with Otto time. Hit the streets and pull off some cool rollerblading combinations and stunts.

After blading with Otto it’s time to hang with Sam as you head to the ocean to hang ten on your surfboard. Remember to bring your wetsuit as you’re bound to fall off a few times.

Finally, how do you fancy a spot of BMXing with Twister? If you think that you’re good enough of course.
