Summary

Tootuff on the Game Boy Color is a fun and easy to play portable board game for up to four players. The extremely beautiful Nadia, a girl who you are desperately trying to impress has lost her photograph and if you want to get in there, we recommend you find it.

In Tootuff you roll a virtual dice to determine how many spaces on the board you travel. When you land on a square you are whisked off to a bonus game where you have to complete a challenge in a set time.

The mini-games are completely individual and usually involve some kind of mad button bashing. For example one of the sub-games is similar to the fair ground ride the Waltzers, it is called the ‘vominator’. The idea, like most of the games in Tootuff, is simple, you must spin the vominator so fast that your friend throws up. If you manage to make your mate chuck up, over 200 rotations in the time limit, you win a piece of Nadia’s photograph.

Another mini-game will see you practising your catapult accuracy as you try to tag your friends in the park. If you’re too slow, you won’t win any pieces of the photo and that won’t impress Nadia. Some of the games are hilarious, one imitates the classic Bomberman series but replaces the bombs with exploding poo.

If you’re heading off on a long journey and fancy some quick multi-player mini-games then Tootuff is the game for you.
