Summary

The Heroes of Might and Magic series is one of 3DO’s longest running game franchises. After four highly successful role-playing releases, the company has decided to call it a day and go out on a high note with the release of Heroes Chronicles: The Final Chapters for PC. Although the game features two separate adventures, the two games are not available as individual releases. Each of the two games, Revolt of the Beastmasters and The Sword of Frost, boast unique features that make the two games different adventures.

Revolt of the Beastmasters features eight brand new scenarios that will take you across an enormous world map, infested with hundreds of beasts, witches and other fantasy beings.

The Sword of Frost has a truly epic story line that entails Tarnum, the lead character featured in both games, going on a quest to decide the fate of the planet. There are also multiple difficulty settings that entice the hardcore player into the replay value of the game.

Both games have a preview of the existing Heroes games for players new to the series.

As a complete game(s), Heroes Chronicles is, as you would expect, the most comprehensive game in the series. With a vast gaming world to explore and some award winning turn-based combat, Chronicles truly is the ultimate Heroes game. Enjoy.
