Summary
Dinosaur’Us first made an appearance in 2000 on GameBoy Color, and here’s one for PC owners. It’s a bit different, as you might expect. Read on.
The main storyline in Dinosaur’Us goes like this. Several million years ago, Earth was populated with Dinosaurs. Soon after, a huge meteor struck the planet and survival became the only thing that mattered as a new ice age began. Their only chance of living a full life was to reach the still-warm crater centre. This is where you come in.
Your mission is to rescue as many Dinosaurs as possible within a given amount of time. There are fifty Dinosaurs in total, each with their own set of foibles and abilities. Some can crawl, others can dig, and some can even swim. The Diplodocus and the Ankylosaurus are just two of the five families of Dinosaurs available to play as. The game covers three individual worlds, spread across thirty different levels and a number of stunningly rendered environments. The game will seem easy to begin with, but it quickly becomes an awesome challenge. For those of you not content with a fantastic solo mode, a two-player mode has been made available. Here, you can challenge any of your friends at your own game. With both modes of play intact for the release of Dinosaur’Us on PC, this game gives young players a thoroughly competitive and enjoyable experience.
