Summary
Winter doesn't last forever, but that doesn't mean the family still can't have some snow-based fun! Family Party returns on Wii for its third iteration in Winter Fun, a game that includes a whole range of activities that can get the whole household (and maybe its dog) together for a great time indoors.
Tackle 30 different winter-themed mini-games that you can play alone or with up to four players – there are some all-time favourites to play as well as extreme sports and other outdoor games. The difference is, you don't have to suffer the cold or risk breaking a leg. Bonus!
That doesn't mean you won't get warmed up, because with manic events like sledding, ice fishing, igloo building, snowboarding, skiing and ice hockey, who needs exercise? If you want something a bit less serious, try out the snowball fighting – an accurate representation of the fine art of lobbing snow at one another. There are also wacky additions including ice canoe racing, jigsaw puzzles and snowploughing.
You'll need to get good at all of these games, because there are medal to be earned and rewards to be won. Gold, silver and bronze medals will be handed to those who can complete the events with record times and scores, with new costumes, characters and levels unlocked as a result.
