Karaoke games are as popular as they ever have been, but have you noticed that more and more blokes are getting in on the act? Men are certainly starting to get into the swing of singing, but what can one do when the girls want a fun night in and the guys are hogging the microphone? Kick them out of the house and grab a copy of U-Sing: Girls Night, that's what!
This new edition of the popular U-Sing Wii singalong series contains a 30-strong song list featuring official tracks and videos from a setlist consisting only of female artists. New improvements and features also add to the experience, so you can enjoy any of the eight single and multiplayer modes while getting your girl-rock on. Artists that you can jam to include Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Katy Perry and much more.
Along with the female-only lineup, you'll also get to take advantage of a 'Jukebox' mode which does exactly what it says on the box – turn the Wii into a karaoke jukebox that can turn off various features for players. See if you can emulate a real karaoke bar feel by turning off scoring and lyrics and remembering the verses yourself.
When you are being scored, a new grading system will rate your performances more closely, and golden notes will appear that can give you bonus points when hit. Once you're done with the songs on the disc, U-Sing: Girls Night comes complete with an online store to purchase more tracks using Nintendo Points.
