The world has only just grown comfortable with the thought of Megamind as its new Mega Hero, and already the general populace has gone and descended into peril. The situation? A sudden and massive crime wave has hit the capital city, and upon further investigation it looks like the Doom Syndicate and their Doom Goons are somehow behind it all. Yes, it’s another supervillain’s attempt at taking over the planet.

Into action you go as Megamind, the Mega Hero with the arsenal of super gadgets! Ultimate Showdown pits the titular character against a goon-filled cityscape as he tries to discover a way of stopping the chaos. Explore the world as the blue hero and bring a friend along with you to play as his trusty companion, Brainbot as you do battle with the vilest villains.

You won’t just be using your brawn here. A multitude of crazy Mega Gadgets are on hand for you to use to your advantage. You’ll mostly be using these to outsmart and confuse your opponents - use the De-Gun to great effect, or the Tesla Gloves for a shocking surprise move. You can even build your own ingenious inventions on the fly - you don’t need a secret lab to work on these beauties. Defeat enemies with the Mega Essence Tracker and Bio Essence Neutraliser and save the world from certain peril! more
