Summary

He might not be the world's first superhero, but Captain America's certainly claiming the title of 'first super soldier' and, in his big summer blockbuster movie, 'First Avenger'. With a big summer movie comes a big summer game, and Cap is no exception.

Cap, if you've missed him, is one of Marvel Comics' very first characters. Created by Joe Simon and Jack Kirby in the '40s, he's long been waving the flag as America's first and only super soldier, the product of an experiment that can never be replicated.

While he's been defending life, liberty and democracy for a while now, this story takes place in the early days of his career in the movie universe, a period the film doesn't touch on all that much. Penned by Marvel writer Christos Gage, the story has him infiltrating Nazi organisation Hydra's headquarters - which also happens to be the castle of Nazi scientist Arnim Zola - over the course of 24 hours.

Players must wield their shield in ranged attacks and defensive manoeuvres as they make their way through the castle. They'll use free-flowing combat and acrobatics to battle their way through the environment, shining a light in the darkest days of World War II.
