Summary

Spy Hunter reboots the legendary combat driving series originally from SEGA in the 1980s. This new version has been specially developed for Nintendo 3DS by TT Fusion (Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga, The Lord of the Rings: Aragorn's Quest and Lego Batman: The Videogame among other titles).

Some 30 years after the first combat racing title hit consoles and home computers the new Spy Hunter see the player once again take on the role of the “Agent,” the driver of the high-tech G-6155 Interceptor supercar. Not only is the G-6155 a supercar, it's also a super-HARD car, armed extensively as it is with top secret and highly advanced weaponry. The player must do their best to combat the many foes responsible for the global terrorist organization that is dead set on world domination.

Helping along the way is the trusty Interceptor G-6155 in its many guises. Yes, it's not simply a supercar - it can also transform into a brutally efficient off-road assault vehicle and from that into a sleek and powerful speedboat. These metamorphoses enable the player to go where they like within the game's multiple branching mission tracks.

Weapons and high tech gadgets change and can be up and upgraded along with the vehicle and mission types as the plot unfolds. Added into the fight against earthly terrorist attacks is the additional support provided by an unmanned aerial support drone that enable long range planning and assaults.
