Summary

Having an ex-girlfriend set you up for an epic fall is pretty bad. But what if you’re the chief of all Dungeon Lords, a leader of labyrinth creators and an all-round fearsome chap? Your even nastier ex will get you robbed of your position, that’s what. And so you build your reputation back up the ladder of dungeon keepers in Kalypso’s Dungeons, a modern-day homage to a PC classic.

Your aim, as a deposed evil villain, is to claim back your rightful position and take down the three Dungeon Lords that stand in his way. To achieve this, you need to be an ultimate master at dungeon crafting - have your goblin minions build rooms and corridors out of a blank underworld landscape and lure wannabe heroes to their doom.

Once the rooms are built, it’s time to decide what to put in them, as certain objects will help capture the attention of even the most heroic warrior. Some might enjoy heavy reading, for example, so building a room full of spellcasting books will get their attention and make them very happy just before they meet their end. This is important because the happier you keep the victims before death, the more Soul Energy you collect to further upgrade and build your dungeon.

As you climb the ranks once more, you will get to face off with the Dungeon Lords that took your place - reclaim what’s rightfully yours!

In this Gold Edition, you get the original game with the added bonus of all DLC and expansions, including the Dark Lord expansion pack.
