2014 is a big one in the world of football. Once again it's time for what's arguably the greatest sporting event in the world - the FIFA World Cup. This time, it's happening in one of the greatest footballing nations on the planet - Brazil! Of course, there was no way Electronic Arts was going to let this pass without a game to commemorate it.

2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil presents multiple improvements and enhancements to FIFA 14, from the ability to accelerate, deccelerate and change direction quickly thanks to 'Explosive Movement' to the 'World Class Control' feature that makes use ot response dribbling and pinpoint passing.

Also packed in there are a hundred new animations, including passing, saves and penalty kicks to really bring the on-pitch drama to life.

There are no less than 203 national teams on offer, 7,469 players, 19 officially licensed managers and 21 new stadiums, including 12 from Brazil. Another touch that will really immerse players in the beautiful game is 'Live City', which will show off crowd scenes in teams' home countries. So, if you score a goal with England you can see crowds celebrate in London!

For a really in-depth experience, players can try their hand at Road to the FIFA World Cup. They pick one of 203 national teams then compete with up to 32 other players as they guide their team through qualifiers and on to the group stages of the tournament. more
