Summary
Racing game veterans Milestone have returned to the wheel once again. This time, however, they have something new up their sleeve. It's a brand new off-road racing franchise, with input from none other than rally legend Sébastien Loeb!
Where the likes of MotorStorm opt for a more arcade-y approach to racing around in the dirt, Sébastien Loeb Rally Evo aims for a more realistic approach. Accuracy and good judgement are crucial if you want to make those hairpin turns without ending up on your car's roof, and a dozen subtle environmental effects impact how the car handles. Not only will conditions like snow and ice impact your driving - if they send you spinning off the track, any damage you take will affect your vehicle's performance, so you'd better watch out!
Fortunately, Loeb himself has been deeply involved with the game and in the career mode players will recieve hints and tips from their mentor, nine-time rally world champion Sébastien Loeb, drawn from years of racing experience!
The career mode, of course, is complemented by an online component that enables players to compete with other drivers around the world for bragging rights, as well as an offline mode in which adrenaline junkies can hone their skills!
