Play as the greatest riders on the gorgeous roads of La Grande Boucle: attack, give orders to your teammates, choose the best trajectory, manage your stamina and make the right decisions to lead your team all the way to the top!
Choose one of the Tour’s 22 official teams, and race in a Tour packed with challenges: from Düsseldorf through Belgium, Luxembourg, Marseille, the Galibier and the Izoard, challenge the best riders in the world, fight for the yellow jersey and live the legendary finale on the Champs-Elysées in Paris.
Race through immersive Tour de France backdrops (Tour de France, Critérium du Dauphiné...), experience spectacular descents in Challenge mode, get involved in local co-op and versus mode and build your dream-team in Pro Team mode.
- The pace of the race, stamina management, climbs and descents have been recalibrated to provide improved realism and immersion.
- Tempo management is now critical as a team strategy and as a means to eliminate opponents. Study and take advantage of key areas such as windy sections that can generate bordures.
- Play a full stage, in real-time or accelerated x16, play the key-areas only or skip the stage entirely.
- Besides their daily strategies, your opponents now have long-term strategies, evaluating the potential of all the riders for the whole race.
- Modify the riders’ names and statistics, as well as the team rosters as you wish in the Team Editor.
- Riders that finish a stage outside of the time allowed by the race officials will now be disqualified.
