Part of the NeoGeo group. Formerly known as Playmore and renamed in July 2003, the company is involved with the development, manufacture, sale, lease, import and export of amusement machines such as pachinko and pachislot, as well as the development, manufacture, sale and lease of electronic amusement machines such as game software for business and consumer use.
SNK Playmore's first work that SPOnG is aware of is the 2002 title, "The King of Fighters 2002" (Neo Geo).
The company has been involved titles released on the Wii, PS3, Xbox 360, DS/DSi, PS2, PSP, Xbox, GBA, Arcade, Dreamcast and Neo Geo.
The company's most recent involvement was on the 2011 release "The King of Fighters XIII" (Xbox 360).
